Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting the Motorhome show at the NEC. Clean room and comfortable bed. There was a wedding in while we there and thought the celebrations might have kept us awake but we never heard a thing. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit salad. A lovely country house hotel in a quiet setting but close to good road links to the midlands . Staff were professional friendly and well trained , spacious bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate but a little out of date , food was excellent in pleasant surroundings, parking good . I'd definitely stay again when in the area

Hotel was amazing but my only negative comment and I know others thought the same. Breakfast finishing at 9.30am on a Sunday. When we asked why they said to get ready for Sunday Lunch. Solely because of this we won’t stay again

We phoned the hotel who refused a refund or change if date even under exceptional circumstances! They said nothing they could do as booked through Hotels.com. Hoping Hotels.com can refund our £265 as hotel bring very unreasonable
