Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. Finding the location was a struggle due to an incorrect address on Google Maps, with no guidance provided. When we called ahead to inform reception of our late check-in, the woman answering was the only staff member there and struggled to understand us in French. Even in person, communication was difficult, though switching to English helped slightly. On arrival, we discovered parking had to be booked in advance, something that was never communicated to us—not even during the call. The lack of a lift was another issue, forcing us to carry our luggage to the second floor late at night, which we only learned about by reading the fine print on the website. Additionally, the toilet in the room was uncomfortably small. Overall, it was an unwelcoming experience with poor communication and lack of guest consideration

Our first dinner at the hotel was a disappointment. Receptionist was no were to be found and we seated ourselves after waiting 30 minutes to be seated (and we were only 1 of 3 people having dinner.) Our waitress could not open a bottle of wine (it was her first time?). When our first choice of wine was sold out, the hotel offered a much more expensive bottle. No luck in getting dessert since our first courses of salad etc. were forgotten all together. Would not recommend restaurant when so many other good choices are within walking distance.

Bon hôtel mais ...

La literie tant matelas et oreillers sont exceptionnels. la chambre était d'une surface correcte, par contre les toilettes très très petite (impossible pour une personne très grande) concernant le petit déjeuner, il y a un manque d'organisation, lorsque nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait personne pour l'accueil, beaucoup de tables n'étaient pas débarrassées, il a fallu bien chercher la machine à café qui est excentrée par rapport au buffet, concernant ce dernier il n'est pas ravitaillé en cas de manque. pareil pour la machine à café qui réclamait de l'eau, et il n'y avait plus de dosette non plus. En fait vous devez réclamer, ce n'est pas normal pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. L'accueil à l'arrivée a été très bien, le personnel est en général accueillant et serviable. L'emplacement est très bien situé pour le port et le centre ville.
