Ok Hotel, excellent location , Stern Casino guards, not good value for money. Breakfast, nice selection, should have freshly squeezed juice, Made to order eggs pretty bad . Shame about the fake flowers everywhere instead of real flower arrangement as expected from a 5 star hotel with these rates.

The staff at the hotel promised many things but never actually did what they said. It is spring time so the rooms were very warm and we requested for the AC to turned on. Initially they argued that the AC is on but when I asked them why it is blowing hot air, they said that the entire hotel is on heating system for winter and the AC is not on yet. It would have been fine to open the windows as it was cool outside but the hotel is on the main road so it is impossible to sleep due to the noise if the windows are open. We asked for alternate rooms and thinner blankets, however they would promise to have a solution by the time we came back from our tours in the evening. Day after day passed till we left and absolutely nothing was done. They didn't care about a negative review.
