The location was perfect. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The downside was that the ceiling fan and lights in our room did not work, and the bedding was too small for the bed. The top sheet and comforter were not wide enough to cover two people.

Perfect location, new apt, best cost x benefit

It's mu second time staying at this hotel, booked a triple room, was travelling with ny wife and my mother. They gave us an upgrade to the apartment for a more comfortable stay at no additional cost, the place was clean and new, location is perfect and offer a fair breakfast. Only downside of the apartment is the Low Ceiling on the couple bedroom (top floor) but it worked well for us, best cost x benefit choice, when Im back in Lugano this is my place.
