Very close to the Cathedral area, and a bit noisy at night with people on the street. With windows closed, it had good soundproofing. Difficult to get an early check in. Only staffed during limited hours at the nearby restaurant.

There were bugs all over and powder to attempt to kill the bugs they left it everywhere it was actually disgusting I’m sorry I did not stay the night wasted my two nights worth of money, had to have my family wire me some of my savings.. it rrly sucked. The property is a quick 5 minute walk from the cathedral in Santiago. The entrance is a bit deceptive in that it is associated with a small cafe. But once you hit the staircase to go up, everything is clean and new. All and all it is a nice place for a quiet stay.

Don’t stay here. There are no staff on site. No support available. We stayed for two nights and could not shower because water was cold. I send a message about this to the Whatsapp number provided, there was no response. Wifi was not working for half a day and again there was never a response to my message. The only good thing about this property is the location as it is next to the Cathedral. The pictures of the property are misleading. The room and bathroom is small. This is like a rooming house not a hotel and there is no support on site or by phone. You have to fend for yourself.

We were relieved to move out of this place. To be clear, this isn’t a hotel, it’s rooms for rent over a bar/cafe. Our biggest issue was cleanliness. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, with the result that the ceiling and walls are black with mold. During our stay, we were given one small paper cup to use and this was never replaced. And the mattress was very cheap and uncomfortable. The place would be acceptable as a pilgrim hostel but they’re charging hotel rates. NOT recommended.
