Beachfront resort (private section for hotel), large but low-rise accommodation surrounding large pool, with other smaller pools, including a mini waterpark, three a la carte restaurants (booking expected), huge buffet hall with many rooms, four bars including pool bar,... Most guests are on all-inclusive and there is a great choice of many cuisines and menus. Rooms are spotless, well equipped and modern. Comfy beds, smart bathroom, sky tv ,safe, minibar fridge. Great relaxing holiday.

Terrible Start

I struggled with this originally but I am going to keep to it just because of how terrible check in was for this hotel. Other than this, the hotel was overall good, however it started terrible and not a great way to start a trip. On check in, there was only 2 staff members on which meant it took well over 30 minutes just to get our room cards. Then once we finally got our rooms, 2 of them were not what we booked. So we went back to reception to get them changed after waiting ages for the queue of people to die down again. We got our new cards and went back only to find left over food in one of the rooms as well as having a balcony door that was broken and so could not be opened. So going back to complain, another one from our group was also there because there toilet did not work and was still not flushed from the last time... When we voiced our complaints, the one remaining staff member, clearly stressed with being by themselves, said they would not deal with us because of the other guests already there trying to get their own rooms sorted. In total it took nearly 2 hours just to get our rooms sorted. Absolutely ridiculous and easily the worst check in I have ever experienced. We would not go back.

No A/C temperature 27 degrees C. Room extremely hot could not sleep, had to leave balcony door open and was eaten to death by mosquitoes. Room fridge was pathetic hardly cooled anything. The was nice and good breakfast selection.

Nice hotel in a great location. All inclusive was good, wine and beer and a cocktail of the days. Spirits available. Food was varied and nice but after 4 days a little repetive perhaps. I would not return to this hotel. It is an all inclusive resort which sells rooms to fillbits quota. As we were not on an all inclusive prigram we could not eat at any of the restaurants except the buffet. Which did not have enough serve wear for the guests. The waiters hoarded the spoons! So you got one only if you demanded one for the cereal!!! And the rooms were so cheaply built that you could hear people upstairs. The bathroom was so poorly designed that the floor was very wet from a a shower. Not a good hotel.

Guest relation Hind was very helpful and listening to my need , thank you for the flowers that been put in my room. Omar the cashier also was very nice and helpful , I will recommend this hotel but there's will be little details to pay attention next time , box of klinex for example missing in the rooms and more towels for 2 people will be a necessary . Very good hotel and i will be back for sure . Thank you

Might have been a 4 star property/experience once but certainly isnt now. Disrepair, many things broken, service was almost non-existent... An example: Breakfast was served from 7am... but most of the food, plates, etc wasnt even out for another 2hrs. Even the dining hall food area was dirty. Suspected bed bugs following a VAST number of bug bites in the night over and over again. Positives: Location was amazing.

Check in was terrible - so slow, we waited for an extra 45 mins after the time listed on Expedia for check in which was 2pm. There was a mishap where the hotel hadn’t checked us in properly and then let another guest come into our room as their system showed the room as available and not occupied even though we were already in the room for several hours. This made us feel unsafe at first. The bathtub wouldn’t drain and the room is need of an update as it looked quite dated. However, the staff we friendly and nice and the hotel is in a great location.

Great location right on the beach. A nice enough hotel although nothing fancy, nice pools. Service leaves much to be desired however. Reception staff were dismissive and not very welcoming. They also moved us to a different room on the first day, and tried to put us in an unclean room, they then moved us again to a room that was different to what had been paid for. They were not very apologetic and almost dismissive and seemed annoyed at us for making a fuss! For being upset at them trying to put us in a room that hadn't even been cleaned after it's previous occupants. Very cheeky and rude
