It was in a good location to FRA airport. Close to shopping centres, and had good off road parking.

Vivian the counter-lady was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is not exactly super close or next to the airport as the name suggests but, its not that far either. Maybe 8 miles, or around $35 euros taxi charge to give you an idea. Yes I would stay here again given the price which is a great value. Within walking distance of a few blocks you can find a little shopping center to buy food, clothes and anything you might need and forgot to bring with you.

Bang for your buck! Needed a place to sleep close to the airport and this was perfect. No English tv, but WiFi works great. Super hot shower…definitely nice and towel warmer!

Not far away from the Airport but you pay 30€ to go from the Airport and 30€ to go back, so at the end you better stay within the Airport because even if it's more expensive you end Up paying the same amount and the Airport hotel is better than this one. Also, the restaurant is only available for breakfast, not for lunch nor dinner and the hotel itself isn't so appealing, It lacks comfort

My room was directly about the smoking area outside where people were often outside. When I opened a window, thesmell of smoke was sometimes strong. I woke up at night and found a bedbug so stayed up and left early for the airport.

Did not have breakfast or use the paid airport shuttle service. Hotel is a 10-minute walk from public bus stops for services to the airport and train station. The room was not lockable and there was a faint smell of smoke when using the bathroom extractor fan.

The hotel offered free parking and proximity to the airport. But the property was worn and unclean. Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Mattresses were uncomfortable—low and thin. Pillows were practically non-existent. We had to stuff clothing under the pillows to give them a shape. No safety bar in the exceptionally small shower. We’ve stayed in worse hotels, but not for this price. It’s hard to believe others gave this property a positive rating. Would not recommend or return.

The property itself is good and acceptable, although the cleaning staff need to familiarise themselves with MSDS and manufacturer instructions for cleaning products as there was a clear surcharge of chemical vapour in the air (caused my eyes to burn). The area itself is somewhere I would advise solo female travellers to avoid. Its located in an industrial area - there are curb crawlers and there was one dodgy character who followed me when I wandered to the gas station for food. If you're a solo female traveller waiting for a plane, just stay in the hotel and don't go out after business hours and you'll be fine. I'd stay there again if I had to spend an overnight in Frankfurt, although I wouldn't go outside until checkout .

First the good: reception woman was lovely and the room was clean. However… it’s called an airport hotel but it is a 30 euro 15 minute cab ride from the airport… in the original post it said they have an airport shuttle which when we arrived it did not exist so we’re paying almost as much in cabs as we are for the room. When we got to the hotel there were a bunch of men smoking cigarettes giving us stink eye on the stairs, and the whole hotel reeked of cigarettes. The room we were put in had obviously had the door kicked in before and in addition there were no locks on the door so in the morning housekeepers walked right into the room (vs with a chain they would have only been able to open the door a crack). It doesn’t look like a great area so walking to the one restaurant in the area, we felt compelled to be sure to return to the hotel before nightfall. Overall it’s clean but stinky and NOT worth staying at… spend a bit more on a hotel closer to the airport

I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to stay here. Check in was slow and incurred issues when the reception stated I did not pay when I prepaid on the app. Then I discovered they put me in a basement (Keller) room. I said that it was uncomfortable and requested a different room. I had to wait but was placed in a different room. At 10:30pm the manager came to my room angry. He didn’t really speak English, but I know enough German to understand he was demanding to know why I was not in the original room. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. The room was hot, no AC or fan. Then in the morning a cockroach greeted me in the shower. I wish I would’ve gone somewhere else. I will never stay there again.
