Great place in a beautiful city

We had a great experience at the Pictured Rocks Inn and Suites! The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The building itself is older but they’ve done a good job updating it and keeping it clean! The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub after a long day kayaking! The location was great, right across the street from the grocery store and the BEST gift shop. Great place!

Hot tub was great, front desk gal was very nice, pillows not so great and bed a little stiff and uncomfortable. Room had strong flower cleaner smell when we first arrived but next day it had a slight musty smell. Room and hotel was clean and well kept. Coffee bar was great. No breakfast offered. We will stay again.
