The Rosvenil Hotel was quiet, clean and the staff were extremly polite and very friendly. The staff members were all so courteous and humble. It was such a pleasure staying there and when I return to Tacloban, I will make sure to book another reservation at this hotel, as it gave me peace of mind, knowing I was in a secure, safe environment.

Comfy beds. Nice staff. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Some days hot and tasty. Other days not so much. Wifi is annoying as they make you type in a new password every day which becomes annoying after a few days. Shower was ok with warm water. There is an excellent massage place across the street so that was a daily bonus

Booked room was changed to another room saying firmer rmnnot available anymore. Dont how that happened?. The kicker is we were charged extra bed coz the rm they gave us is smaller.
