The hotel shows some wear and tear in spots, and the bed was really hard. But the room was large and the bathroom/shower was too. The staff are all efficient and courteous. I had zero Mongolian language skills, but most had good English and the rest used translator apps with me. The breakfast buffet was excellent when they had it, but on days ordering off the menu (still free) was good but not great - the choices were limited and only average quality. The location of the hotel was awesome! Very walkable with bus stops within a couple blocks. Convenience store across the street and restaurants all around the block. If we go back, we'll stay here again.

A basic business hotel (though mostly used by tourists). Much cheaper than neighboring Best Western (got a suite for the price of a standard room at BW/Tuushin). I've stayed here 3 times over the past month and always enjoyed my staff. The staff are pleasant and helpful but the location is excellent. A few minutes walk from the central square with shops, banks, etc. The rooms are absolute fine, clean with a comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water, tea/coffee facilities and TV. Definitely recommend as the price is also very good.

Great location - really close to Sukhbaatar square, which means it's also walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Good wifi. Decent breakfast. The hotel room doors don't have a safety lock on the inside (you can only shut the bolt that is controlled by a key).
