Everything was excellent until it was time to leave the unit. Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and clean, and both check-in and check-out were smooth.
However, my main concern was the elevator situation. Around 9:50 AM on our check-out day, we waited 15–20 minutes on the 4th floor, as every elevator that arrived was completely full. We were effectively stuck, and unfortunately, the stairwell was locked and not accessible to guests. While we understand it was a busy time, stair access should always be available. A 15–20 minute wait for an elevator is unacceptable, especially when guests have time-sensitive commitments like flights or shuttle services.
