Overall nice hotel. We had a room with a sea view. The room for 3 people was a bit small but ok. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and maintained ok. Big downside was that the outdoor pool was closed for renovation, which was not mentioned when booking. We stayed there beginning of June.

My room, Power supply was broken from desk side. No view from outside. I can't choose the room sea side even 2months ago reservate room. No information from front when I ask the hotel exclusive. But I researched 10% discount the bar about hotel guest and room massage service my own.

We were there for one night and checked in around dinner time and gone by 9:30am the next morning so didn’t get to see the whole hotel or check any amenities. From what we did get to use, parking was not easy and no parking attendant to park my car in the underground after 10pm or self serve option like the last hotel, probably should provide guests with disposable slippers as the ones that were in the room didn’t look very inviting. I would give this hotel another try to check out the area.

Good value hotel, but could improve a little.

Only stayed for one night, as we arrived in Jeju late afternoon and didn't want to drive at night. We had a hire car and was able to find free parking next to the Hotel. Check in was smooth and quick, no issues. Room was a decent size with 2 queen beds and and but a little tight when we have all 3 of our luggages opened. Our room had partial water/city views and small balcony with a coffee table and 2 chairs. Our room carpet has stains so I didn't feel comfortable or clean to walk barefoot inside. Bathroom was clean but shower walls are not 100% private. Shower glass panel facing the bedroom is frosted with a blind, the hallway glass panel is just frosted. Short walk to restaurants near by.
