The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!

What a lovely hotel stay - sadly we were only there one night. The receptionist who met us was really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was well designed and had everything you could need. A very personal service from a hotel chain in a busy city - that's not easy to find. Would definitely stay again or at one of their other hotels

Stayed at this hotel before but was very disappointed on our most recent visit. Staff seemed to know very little, shower did not work well, and dinner was terrible. Decor is pretty and a great location. For a 5 star hotel, there are no amenities or anything that makes it extra special.
