Excellent stop in Port Townsend

We enjoyed our room. It was RIGHT on the water, with a balcony overlooking the water with sailboats moored. The bathroom is small and dated, but that's such a minor part of the room. The bed was large and comfortable and we had nice pillows, which matters to us! Parking is within feet of the door to the room, which is a bonus. It is easy to walk either north to the town or south to the boatyards.

Waterfront room with history

What a cute hotel and room! The views were great, the bed comfortable. I loved that in our room, there was items related to an officer and a gentleman and some of the history behind the connection.

Wish I could live there

This was one of the finer places we stayed in on the Olympic Peninsula. It was part of a planned community that was done just right. There was a family center a swimming pool available beautifully designed accommodations. I highly recommend this place.

A few issues...

The room had a strong smell of bleach as we entered. It was noted on a paper given to us at the front desk, that there was no complimentary breakfast and our room's deck was not painted as they had no time due to weather. It would have been great to know this ahead of time. We also had to ask for more pillows as they were not standard size, as the ones supplied were the smallest pillows I have ever used.

It is pretty good place to stay. The view from the room is quite nice. Beds are comfortable and the amenities are adequate. The only complaint I have is that the balcony chairs and table were dirty so we could not sit outside to enjoy.
