Great location with an amazing view. I loved the breakfast buffet options and will recommend my friends and family to check this hotel out when they visit Osaka. I wish that I knew about the complementary hotel shuttle service beforehand so I didn't have to carry my bags all the way from the station!

Hotel is outdated and need a remodel. Breakfast is not as expected, pretty pricey for what is offered. Location is close to Osaka castle but far from main touristic areas. The shuttle to subway is a nice addition but when you don't have the shuttle the hotel is a bit far from transportation so definitely worth considering another location. Staff is great. Very limited dining options around.

トリプルルームに宿泊させていただきました。お部屋も水回りも清潔でトランクを広げでも邪魔にならないスペースもあり快適に過ごせました。時期的に加湿器がお部屋になくてちょっと残念でした。アメニティにスキンケアがあればよりよかったとは思います。お城が見えない方のお部屋でしたが夜景が綺麗でしたし、その分お値段がかなりリーズナブルだったので総合的には大満足です。
