Hotel was pretty rundown. The rooms were clean, but very dated and all the furniture was worn down and mismatched. Bed was super uncomfortable and the fan was super loud. Outside, the landscaping was unkept and there was garbage. Parking lot had homeless people hanging out.

The room was clean, but there was a spider crawling in the bed, so I didn't sleep very well. The mattress needs changed as it looks and feels 20 years old. The outside of the property was unclean and neglected. The staff that checked me in was falling asleep and did not let me know there was a $ 75 dlls. First room smelled of mildew. Staff quickly changed rooms without hassle. Second room was much better but beds are very old and you can feel evey spring. Water temp and pressure is great, cable options were great, ease of accessibility to freeway was great but, traffic noise was loud had to run ac fan all night to help drown out sound.

Disappointed. Maybe our room wasn’t updated? Not sure. A friend stayed here before and the bed was comfortable and there were several fruit & pastry options for breakfast. During our visit, the bed was HARD, room was dirty, door was hard to open, and there was barely anything for breakfast. 75% of the staff we saw seemed to hate their job. Very disappointed.

Horrible hotel. I did not even end up staying the night. I drove 45 min. away to stay with a friend. Tweakers at the front desk, parking lot and through out hotel. I did not feel me or my car were safe. Mattress sheets were stained.
