The accommodation is very clean and well-organized, and is located in a place with easy access to major historical sites. It is right next to the bus stop, so it is easy to access, and there is almost no surrounding noise, so it was very comfortable. The breakfast prepared by the host with care was very delicious and gave me energy for a day trip. I highly recommend this very satisfactory accommodation to you.

Don’t let the slow and small elevator deter you… once inside the place is a real gem with a very spacious and clean room , and a very welcoming and helpful front desk. The location is a bit of a walk to the main attractions … but Rome is about walking and the neighborhood is lovely … villa Borghese park is just nearby if you fancy a daily walk or workout

Lovely little B&B, beds not comfortable

We had a good stay here overall. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The breakfast is lovely and super helpful before a busy day of exploring Roma. Our only complaint would be that the beds are quite hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are lumpy and not very comfortable either we our sleep quality was not great. The area is walkable to major sights.

Hotel was clean, modern and was quite big considering how smal hotel rooms are in big cities. Giorgeo was an amazing host, he was pleasant, friendly and helpful during our stay at his hotel. The only thing we had a hard time was controlling the water temperature at our suite. Other than that, the property was clean and the staffs there were very friendly and kind.
