Quality property at a great price

I would absolutely recommend this particular property. The location was perfect in regards to fast access to the interstate, yet not having excessive traffic noise. The property was clean and uodated. I saw ample staff working from about 7am-5pm cleaning, fixing, etc. Breakfast service was always stocked and fresh. Rooms were comfortable and clean. And for the quality of the property, the rates were tremendously thrifty!

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were very nice. The mattresses are very comfortable and the bed linen is pleasant to the touch. We had a spacious bathroom. Our room also had a kitchen equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator and microwave, with the necessary utensils. The breakfast was varied and fresh.

The TownePlace Suites was a great stay off of the beaten path. Close to downtown and the University of Louisville but not in a crowded section of town. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen which allowed me to shop for food and cook it in the room. Great value and great stay.

Had a wonderful stay, will definitely be returning. Linda at the front desk was very friendly and took the time to tell us what was in the area and worth checking out. Between the hotel in Jeffersonville and Louisville is pedestrian/bike bridge that about 1-mile long so in not much time you can be in downtown Louisville or simply stay in Jeffersonville and walk to nearby restaurants or take your kids to a large park that is literally across the street.

Grossly missed the mark!

I have frequented this location several times within the past year. This most recent visit was disappointing. Customer service was amazing. My room was far from clean...objects in view under sofa sleeper. Carpet didnt look vacummed. Bathroom floor needed sweeping and mopping. Bed uncomfortable and flat pillows. I only got breakfast on my departure and the milk was not sour or expired but it was VERY bitter tasting. I had to spit it out to keep to prevent getting sick later. In not sure what has happened since my previous stays; but in not staying there again. Its a shame because that location is close to my family
