Hotel was great, sat at table in restaurant for 20 minutes and still no one asked if wanted a drink, in the end had to find someone, ordered bread for the table. Never turned up! All in all good stay just need to be a little more attentive to guests in the restaurant

Friendliest Welcome from a receptionist I’ve had in a long time! This top customer service continued throughout my stay, from the spa, restaurant staff and the cleaners! Beautiful hotel, very clean, stunning location and the spa was gorgeous spotlessly clean. My room was small (I did only book a single and at £65 for bed, breakfast and use of the spa was a bargain), but it was really comfy and very clean! I only had breakfast, and it was again the best I’ve had at a hotel in ages. Good clouds, great coffee, perfect poached eggs and a sea view. I was there on business but wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be back soon :)

Just had a one night getaway and booked an economy double room but when we were checking in we were upgraded. Fabulous room great spa will definitely visit again. Lovely evening meal in the restaurant and a great buffet breakfast.

Perfect December night away.

One night stay with my husband for his birthday!! Everything was perfect, friendly and helpful staff throughout, fantastic food and decorated beautifully for Christmas! A A* festive stay, Thank you.
