The only downside to our stay is that we’re given a handicap room. The issue was with the bathroom- shower is made for handicapped people and there’s no curtains/ glass do everything in the bathroom gets wet, including the toilet and all your belongings. The sink also sprays everywhere, impossible to use without getting everything wet.

Real gem!!! Lovely, located in the heart of Krakow, this charming hotel has everything. Very good breakfast, nice well priced bar, cozy patio and friendly staff. I haven’t visited the gym. I will definitely return!

The property is location is good. Rooms are small very basic & noisy. I would describe as the generator kicking in which could be heard in rooms & corridors. Breakfast isn't up to much most of its cold although it should be served warm. I wouldn't stay here again which is a shame as stayed in many Leonardo hotels but this did fall short in our opinion.

Very good location. A bit noisy. Too hot in the room and had to open the window but the noise level was really high so couldn’t sleep one night. The aircon had to be reset by the reception the next day. Coffee machine didn’t work. WC was found dirty below the seat. Wasn’t very pleasant.
