For a budget hotel it was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was a nice size, room was small but was large enough to move around and have enough space for luggage

The downstairs are and restaurant was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
We did find the rooms very basic. Would have loved a coffee station and a little bit or room around the bed and carpets.

We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning. The receptionist was well mannered and efficient. The room was small but clean and the double bed very comfortable - main issue no kettle. Bathroom also had a problem the height of the shower could not be adjusted. TV was good and heating efficient. Wi-Fi was excellent. Bar area looked ok but we did not use so we cannot really comment.

Reception staff were Friendly and helpful both on arrival and departure, the breakfast had a good selection and choice it was well presented and the seating/eating were very clean and tidy.
The room I had was ideal for one person but could accommodate a couple.
The bus stop into town is approx 600 metres from the hotel if you walk through the Kleinpark caravan park towards the big church, bus #30 takes you to Bruges Station in around 25 minutes.
If you want a budget vacation then Ibis Jabbeke is perfect.

Staff was friendly and hotel is in a residential neighborhood. But the room itself had very few amenities, was not super clean, and had a lot of broken items in the room.

Good location near motorway. Clean and very hospitable staff. Bar is open late and breakfast is decent. Less positive: they charge extra for parking and our room (2 adults and 1 child) was very cramped with three twin beds. That meant no table or chairs. The beds were on wheels and moved around easily, creating a gap a 4 year old could fall through.

We normally stay in Premiere Classe when in France. We chose this one for a visit to Bruges as it was close in price. However, it was definitely a leg up in terms of facilities. Shame that they didn't include parking and breakfast, whilst good, was a little pricey.

Exceptionally small rooms, with two single beds is small, but 3 beds is very limited room to move around, but the surrounding areas include walks and lakes, with boats /water activities. Not a big lake but good enough for one night only. Staff and breakfast were good.

Friendly and efficient service. Very reliable as any other Ibis Hotel where I have stayed. Not so close to Brugge, if you don’t have a car it may be an inconvenience, but luckily for us we were in a road trip.
The hotel has a car park, charging EUR7 per day at the moment of our stay; there is a free car park within a short walk but out of the hotel premises.

Check in was good! The lady in front desk was friendly. Next day the lady in front desk wasn’t that friendly, she was rude answering me when I asked her if I can get some water. Check out is at 12pm, it was 10:00 am I was on bed when the housekeeper get into the room with out knocking they don’t respect my privacy, at the time to check out wast no body on front desk to let them know the incident.
