Charming hotel

Charming little hotel located in the city center. Spacious triple room, clean and comfortable. It offers a very good breakfast in a beautiful onsite restaurant. Only negative point was the lack of a head shower. Friendly staff. We totally recommend it.

Nice hotel right in the middle of the everything.

My wife and I loved the hotel and the location. The room was very cute and perfect for our stay. The breakfast had a great selection for a small hotel but there was more than enough to eat. One drawback, I am not sure if it was the time of the year but we rushed to get to the hotel within the check-in time and I guess I thought there would be someone at the desk. Not a big deal but if I would have wanted a parking permit I wouldn't have gotten one even though I requested to park in their parking. I parked in the paid lot which was a 5 minute walk away.

A very old building, cold, spooky vibe. not enough outlets. not as fancy as the photos on expedia. I got two rooms and their conditions were very different. and the better one was on the 5th floor with no elevator. the free parking they provide is actually far away. I reserved a permit to enter the pedestrian zone but they forgot. no follow-up help afterward. no replies to my messages after the check in. the breakfast was good. Restaurants in the area are pricy and not very good so the included breakfast is pretty valuable. we paid 258USD for a night for two rooms and would only recommend for lower prices.

There was no one to check us in and check us out. We tried calling the number left on the door (we arrived between check in hours,) the kind lady next door contacted the reception and got us onto the hotel after being on the phone 20 mins with the hotel. Parking was an issue. Other customers to had the problem. There was a tv issue that the lady next door tried the fix. We had no contact with staff except at breakfast. There were dirty dishes in our room, and the sink ran slow, and no one to help. I would not consider this a 4 star, and it was not worth the price.

バス停であるチェスキー・クルムロフＮＡ駅から、徒歩およそ１５分の位置にあります。 ホテルの玄関の壁に、横に鍵入れが備えられており、予約するとメールでそこの暗証番号を教えてくれます。 それを入力し、ホテルの鍵を手に入れると、玄関に自分の名前が書かれたクリアファイルがあり、そこに部屋の鍵が入っています。 海外のホテルでよく、パスポートをチェックイン時に渡す必要はなく、個人情報とパスポート番号を書く用紙がファイルに入っており、それをチェックアウト時に渡すという感じです。 私が行った時、受付には誰もいらっしゃいませんでした。（チェックアウト時はいらっしゃいました） エレベーターはありませんので、階段で上がります。 部屋は、かなり広くて快適でした。 冷蔵庫には、ピルスナーや水、コーラやお菓子などが入っており、それを利用するとファイルに入っていた用紙に、これを利用しましたと書く項目があるので、そこで記して、チェックアウト時に精算します。 一泊したのですが、一泊だけではもったいないと思うほど、綺麗でした。 まるで、どこかの宮殿の一部屋のような。 朝食は、無料でいただけます。 種類も豊富で、満足できます。 小さなホテルだったので、他のお客様も少なく、静かで快適な空間です。 ホテルまで、ずっと石畳なので、スーツケースを持って行くのは少し大変です。 これは、チェスキー・クルムロフならどこのホテルにも該当しますが。

I was supposed to get VIP free parking. I didn't but was told that where I had parked was free. It wasn't and cost me A$100!!! On top of that the room was very cold-hosts knew heating didn't work but made no provision for this position xcept a poor apology in the morning because I can't mplained online. My room was supposed to be a 'single deluxe'. It was a shabby area and more of a cramped enclosed hallway than a room. The lovely decriptions and online ne photos didn't reflect the reality of what I got. Hosts claim to make it a special experience applied but in the most negative way of the many hotels I have experienced in my extensive travels. Hugely disappointed and also ceeling d cived and ripped off!!

Very quiet location. Convenient, right in the middle of the old town. Do note however that reception hours are only during breakfast. Check in requires calling, and fortunately doable thru WhatsApp. Amazing breakfast even though there weren't many guests when I was staying there.

A fairytale indeed! Enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay and would return tomorrow. Very comfortable and clean room, quiet and convenient to everything in Old Town. Kettle in room. Room #202 up the stairs and at the end of the hall is spacious and really quiet. Sitting area was great for working and planning the day, as well as relaxing. No elevator, so if you have mobility issues this might not work for you. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. If you arrive by car be sure to get the car and parking details in advance as you'll park at their sister property across the river.
