The place is clean and in a very good location. The bathroom lacks privacy, the window that divided from the dinning commons area has an open window so you can hear everything that is going on … :-/ There are no full time staff in situ, and the keyless pad to enter the premise is “capricious.” Very good area, safe, very close tho Chapultepec metro and Park. The TV did not work for us… They change the towels every fifth day… :(

Excellent property and location. We rate this place 9.5 out of 10.0. Common Kitchen area was an added benefit. We suggest, if possible, to add a sink in the Kitchen. We loved the room a small outside patio providing enough air flow to refresh the apartment. It was quiet but had all the luxury of restaurants, bars, and parks. Will love to come and stay again. If you like industrial decoration, with a magnificent housekeeping and room service, with a dining room in the same decorative line as the rest that has a small fridge and a microwave where you can bring food, a small room with space for a king size bed and a clothes rack, with no window (only in the bathroom and you can't open it more than a little), this is your hotel.
