Good location with nice view towards the water. Walkable distance to many restaurants, and a supermarket within 3 minutes walk. Spacious lobby with table tennis equipments. Breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back!

Fun place to stay

Room was good value for money and the hotel has wonderful views and nice vibe. The glass elevator's worth a ride. I wouldn't say it's five star, but it's certainly got a sense of occasion. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed - ot was easy to adjust the temperature to my liking, which gets a thumbs up. For me, the dinner options weren't quite there. I couldn't get a table at my first choice restaurant, despite it being a week night, travelling solo and being prepared to wait. So, I gave the Italian a go. Service was friendly, but if I'm paying £22 for a pizza, it had better be top notch.

Very stylish hotel

The hotel is very-very stylish. Rooms are spacious and nice. Bed is perfect. Cabinet is very small, no drawers, very few self. The bathroom is small. No real space around the sink. There is no door on the shower. Not enought lift for the high building. One was full time out of order. The pool club is perfect, but for charge, and need advanced reservation. Runing two and half hours periods only. The water park was fully booked for a month, so it was no chance to enter. Some space have to be reserved to hotel guest... Also the restaurant (which is perfect) was many times full, because of the extra events.

Very nice

Overall I think this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Sweden. Some feedback though: Misses porridge, rye bread and unsweetened peanut butter from the breakfast Also I think the gum should be open 24/7 We had a basic room and it was indeed very basic and even quite small. No kettle or coffee in the room! Thought it was pretty dark in the halls and in the restaurant / reception downstairs The spa was nice but should be included in the room price. Also you should be able to stay there longer than three hrs. And why on earth is there no jacuzzi?! But rather three just normal pools. This we did not get at all. One of the showers did not work..

Jättefint hotel, bra service, god frukost, maten inte bra pastan ej kokt. Fint spa men högljutt och för mkt folk. Fint att många tycker om varandra, blir lite obekvämt bara med alla slingrande par.

Det här är bästa Hotel jag har varit. Sen innan man kommer in från porten du får bästa service från Portiern helt professionell, ärligt och roligt samtidigt. Sen i receptionen alla receptionist som finns är väldigt snälla och hjälper dig med allt du behöver. När det gäller personal från alla restauranger barer och Span, de är alltid snälla och hälsar dig med den bästa leenden dem har. Sen fortsätter vi till rummet, våran var enkelt men den tillräckligt stor för att inte känna sig stressad, och väldigt mysigt. Stor och skönt säng , och jätte fin dekorerad till den minsta saken. Absolut man känner att den är rent och fräscht. Som negativ om vi försöker att ge en helt feedback. Från enkelt rum då hör man hyser fram och tillbaka, det är inte så stor men för de som är känsliga mot ljudet kan det vara viktigt att veta. Och sen inom restaurang och bar. Restaurangen på plan 2 varma rätter är inte i samklang med hotellet. Jag menar pizzor och pastan. Dem saktar där lite smak. Men Förrätterna är jätte goda speciellt den Garlic Bread. Resterande för mig är perfekt, som sagt bästa personalen, snälla och glada. Man känner sig hemma. PS: frukost som är inkluderade är Brutalt .

trevligt rum men litet. dåligt med bara ett sängbord bara på en sida sängen, och även bara en stol att sitta i utöver sängen. handdukarna i minsta laget. typ storlek 40x90cm eller ngt sånt. bra frukost.

Steam Hotell är lite av ett check i sin bucket-lis

Hela vistelsen va riktigt underbar speciellt på morgonen vid frukost men en grej som jag inte riktigt förstod är att det va så kallt i rummen och trots att man lirkade med termometern så vare fortfarande kallt. Men annars Steam Hotell 10/10
