Mongolian Nightmare

Coldest and darkest room as nightmare. No continental breakfast as only half of three cherry tomatoes, 3 slim slice salamy and small 1 egg ommelete.. Thats all the breakfast. İt was -1 outside and room hearing closed with no other option. Asked when we arrived for heating, lafy with bfriend who doesnt work at hotel said will be fixed in morning. Non hotel employee showed room and settled us. Morning reapeated my heating request and same day eveing and next day still nıthing. Became sick and didnt enjoy my holiday. Hotel of horrors..

チェックアウトの前日に翌日早朝のタクシー予約をお願いしたところ、快く対応してくれました。カラオケ施設があるため、うるさいタイミングもありましたが、許容範囲。交通の便もよく、近くにコンビニもあって便利だった。

일행들이 전부 각자 일정을 가졌는데 로비 카운터에서 열쇠를 맡아줘서 일정에 문제가 안되어 좋았습니다. 체크아웃날 아침 일찍 투어가 예정되어 숙소측에 부탁하니 조식을 원래 시간보다 앞당겨주어 조식서비스도 받을 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

シャワーが壊れていて水自体が出ませんでした。トイレも明らかに掃除されていなかったです。トランジットで遅くに着いて朝早くにホテルを出発だったので諦めてホテルスタッフには何も言いませんでした。 しかしチェックインのスムーズなところと、前日にタクシーを頼んでおいたらしっかり手配をしておいてくれて、更に値段も相場よりも少し安い価格(空港タクシーの値段に対して)でした。 スタッフの親切なところなどは高評価です。
