Very friendly staff. Convenient in its location with a good price. One point though - I arrived without a dog... It let's for us since after all as much as it is clean it's still a place with dog standatds cleanliness... Also, I haven't reserved food and there are no restraints around the existing shop has very limited non-dog food. But I liked the place 🙂 it was cute and as I mentioned the staff were very nice and helpful.

施設自体は古いですが綺麗に整理整頓されててそこはいいのですが、やっぱり、ワンちゃんがたくさん滞在する施設だからか、糞尿の匂いがとても気になりました。 部屋でも匂いはずっとしてて気になったので窓を開け放して過ごしました。 玄関にも大きなフンが落ちていてハエがたくさん飛んでいて、とても不愉快でした。 置いて行く飼い主のモラルが1番の問題ですが、従業員さんもこまめにチェックしてほしかったです。エントランスが不潔なのはいかがなものかと思います。

If you want to eat something you have to drive half an hour to Takayama or buy their dinner expensively. They charge the maximum price for the spa, 500 yen per person per day even if it is not used. Other hotels do not charge this "tax" if you do not use it.
