Convenient location out of the fray of old town but only a few minutes from everything thanks to being at the base of the escalators (lots of them! As this is a very hilly city). Communication was great, service was attentive. They seem to be aware of their water pooling issue with the shower. Nights were loud til 11:30-12, but were late nighters. After midnight all was perfectly quiet.

Nice, spacious, comfortable and great location. We stayed four nights in the Chianti Apartment. It was a great stay. We appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, and very comfortable sleeping. It is also conveniently located a short (very short) walk to the escalator that takes you up the hill to the center of this beautiful historic city (a plus given the heat that hit Italy while we were there). The staff was also very responsive, which we appreciated. Would recommend this for anyone staying in Siena.

Not a premium choice in Siena

Just a list of what's undesirable: 1) Use the shower, deal with a flooded bathroom 2) Blacked out windows and door (for privacy but like a prison) 3) Want a quiet room? Drumming lessons in courtyard (nice but not for 1.5 hours) and no insulation between floors so lots of noise from 2nd floor 4) No blanket and upon request, they bring a down comforter suitable for dead of winter 5) Stark and prison-like inside - no rug or anything cozy

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Five minute walk into Siena and same to parking lot. I would book parking with property as it makes it really easy to come and go. Staff is friendly, property clean and good breakfast included. I would stay here again. Siena is a must see.

Stay was wonderful. Great location. In walking distance to Piazza del Campo, the main square. Parking lot a minute walk away and they have reduced rates! We requested a crib and they had one set up with a clean sheet. Would definitely recommend to anyway, especially a family.

Siena Vip is a spacious and comfortable apartment. The location is, however, a little off from the main street. The distance is not an issue, but the apartment is located at the foot of a hill and to walk to the main street, which is located on the top of the hill, one must do quite an exercise to get up there (Siena is a hill town and believe me, it is more than in San Francisco). The room is well air-conditioned (a must to beat summer heat in Siena), quiet, has good amenities, and clean. The staffs are friendly but available mainly thorough telephone. To call a taxi, one must call for it by oneself. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

ATTENTION! Please do not book this property! You cannot check in if you arrive after 11PM! Owner asked me to call expedia for a refund, when expedia called the owner she refused the refund! Tried to txt her directly and she never responded! We were left with no hotel in the middle of Siena! If you have flights, trains or any delays and arrive after 11PM the owner will not let you in! I will file a report with the Italy tourism board for sure on this one! Stay away from this hotel!
