On night stay

Family room number 43. Bathroom roof molded. Overall quite unpleasant. But we got roof on top of our heads for one night. Baby cots does not pay that much, i recommend they should byu atleast few. Somekind of improvements was in the making though...

NC 500 trip

Limited parking. Staff not very the most attentive. Room okay but only 1 working socket and bathroom compact. Food edible but not the best. Dog friendly but no where to exercise or any bins. Wouldn't stay again.
Michelle, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Had a great stay hotel and staff were lovely.
Angela, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible stay

The bed was very uncomfortable, there was wires hanging from the ceiling the floor boards felt like they were going to give way when you stepped on them, there was no shower head, it might have been renovated but not very well The ‘free parking’ is only free if the receptionist tells you that you need to input your details after every time you leave the premises WHICH THEY DID NOT resulting in a lovely parking fine
Ellie, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Lovely location

Lift out of order, again. However they moved us to a ground floor room with balcony, overlooking the Loch. Beautiful but, room very small, no wardrobes and no double glazing. A sleepless 3 night's. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
James, 3-night trip

The area was jaw dropping beautful ,

6/10 Good

Ok for a short break

Staff and service were great. Lovely view from the room. Very cheap room rate and evening meal was good for the money. Hotel was freezing and had to sit with winter jackets on to eat the meal. Heating in the room did not work. Lift not working so had a lot of stairs to carry bags up.

Set in a stunning location.

6/10 Good

We booked room 57 with loch view. Outside of hotel looks run down but the view across the loch was amazing and the same out of the room window. corridors quite dark and carpets dirty. There was no lift and it was up and down stairs to get to the room. Room was ok on the surface but could do with a deep clean. Pillows were lumpy and you only got one and quilt far too big for bed. Could have bigger beds to offer but ours was a small double so overall did not sleep well. Had to take pillow down and ask for two new ones. No hair dryer in room but you can get one from reception. I’d advise to take your own. House keeping cupboards when left open could do with a good clean and a bit of organisation. Overall pleasant staff but hotel does need a good spruce up in places. A really nice pub with garden on the loch across the road and down a bit and the food was quality. There is also a little convenience store. Would I stay here again? Probably not I’m afraid and I’m not one to leave reviews usually

10/10 Exceptional

I booked this property as part of a 2 week break to visit the Scottish highlands, the hotel is conveniently located next to Loch Lomond and the Arrochar Alps which was perfect for to try some long Hiking routes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was large and spacious with a nice bath.
Aaron, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Booked a single room for one night staff were friendly and it was a fine place to stop.
Jess, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Generally ok for 1 night, didnt have any meals here so cant comment on the food but did see it and it looked good, comfy beds, carpets a bit grubby, everything else fine, staff friendly.
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Lift not working, put 4 floors up which was a mission as you had to go round corridors to get to next step of flights. No running cold water in room, windows were unsafe, no restriction on how wide they open.
