Brilliant hotel.

We ended up at this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking we had made in Colmar. I am very glad we ended up at this hotel. The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. Amazing staff, great room, great location, good parking and overall a brilliant experience.

Very modern ckean spacious rooms in a great location for the old town which is a short walk. Reserve parking if required as only about 5 spaces in a very nice clean underground car park. We would have expected a little more for the price and boutique label but overall a lovely hotel

Very modern hotel with really cozy rooms, spacious and homey. Unbeatable location just a stone's throw from the old city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. There is parking attached to the hotel, but if that is full there is good parking just around the corner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at James Boutique and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel by experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded expectations. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is also perfect. close to Centre city, yet quiet and peaceful at night. I would highly recommend James Boutique to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and worry-free stay. I can’t wait to return!

Very nice hotel

This hotel is in a working area so we were a little hesitant at first. Hard to find where to pull in at first. Parking looked sketchy but was fine. The staff here is EXCELLENT and the hotel is very very clean and nice. The only drawback is housekeeping does not follow the do not disturb sign so becareful. We would stay here again if we could not stay where we normally stay and would also recommend the hotel to our friends.

#not sponsored James Boutique Hotel has been the best hospitality experience in Europe so far. We arrived late in the night at Colmar so could not find a taxi. We had informed the hotel about this and asked them to arrange for a taxi. To our surprise, the hotel owner came himself to pick us up in his car. We cannot thank him enough for this gesture. The service, the cleanliness, the hospitality was perfect. We would highly recommend James Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Colmar. The location is nearby the city centre and you can cover all the tourist attractions by foot.

Amazing hotel close to Colmar old town

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a family tip. It’s conveniently located close to the center, but far enough to be really quiet at night. The rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking is located at the supermarket parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. I didn’t have any issues with that, but this might be an issue for some people.

Fijn hotel. Op loopafstand naar het centrum. Op zondag veel gesloten qua restaurants. Mooie kamer. Mooie badkamer. De airco staat automatisch op 23 graden en kun je zelf niet veranderen. Dit kan alleen via de receptie. Dus wil je hem koeler dan bijtijds aangeven aan de receptie. Parkeren is 16 euro.
