I liked the location, the staff and the food, but the rooms facing the main highway passing behind the hotel are too loud. Frankly resting in this place is almost impossible

We make the reservations trough Expedia at one price , when we got to the hotel they put tax charges after we already have paid the taxes with Expedia , we end up paying more then what they advertised, some off the staff was friendly some very rude, for the price the rooms were terrible, the showers very bad have to wait almos 20 minutes for hot water and water pressure very low I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La habitación bonita, baño también muy bonito y grande! Pero la verdad que con lo que respecta a la cama las sábanas daban mucha comezón, de igual manera las almohadas como que no les cambiaron el forro ni a las camas ni las almohadas. Había cabello por todos lados de la persona que anteriormente se había quedado en esa habitación, solo fue como que arreglaron la cama y ya ni la sacudieron siquiera
