The staff were very helpful (except for one guy, he was rude). The staff spoke both Spanish and English, which was very great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. Great Coffee!!! I have two complaints: 1. The internet was out for 2days making it impossible to conduct business or contact family. 2. The glass enclosure surrounding the rooftop pool was dirty or moldy in several locations blocking the view of the city when you are in the pool.

I have to say from all points of view they tried but if it was not one issue then it was other issues that raised. But once brought to their attention via reviews, well they tried the best on pleasing the costumer and that was good. Breakfast was actually amazingly good, from options to cleanliness. Pool area could use a good lift cleaning to made loom appealing as there were areas that looked as if they haven't been cleaned since they built the property. Bathroom needs to have their drain mesh or grill replaced as they dont let the water drain and water starts going outside onto the bathroom floor area. I'm gonna post a few pictures.

They make me a double chicken and cheese only pizza and it's awesome and I'm originally from Chicago the best pizza in the world .. This hotel offers some stunning views and my room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. We had a corner king room on the 3rd floor which offered a picturesque panoramic view of downtown Medellín. The roof top bar and pool area offers plenty of shade and delicious selections from the restaurant. The continental breakfast has options for all sorts of dietary restrictions and offers different choices from day to day - from typical Colombian "Calentado" (Usually a mixture of rice, beans, some meat, and some potato), to an assortment of baked goods that are more familiar to the North American/European palate. There are several food options within a very short walking distance of the hotel - such as a delicious coffee shop (Tostao), and an AMAZING fine-dining seafood restaurant (El Discovery)!!! There is a very large and beautifully designed shopping mall (Premium Plaza) about 5 minutes away in a car, or about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Walking around the hotel (and the city of Medellín in general) is NOT for the faint of heart. The city is nestled in the mountains and the streets/sidewalks reflect that. What seems like a short walk on Google Maps may take you through a route that could involve elevation changes of more than 200ft. Taxis are very easily obtained from the front desk... and they're cheap enough compared to American/European prices that they're well worth taking them while exploring the city. Great hotel, beautiful city, endless memories!!!
