Good food, great service

Great hotel with a very nice restaurant and bar. The happy hour is especially noteworthy. Location is very central and the rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely recommended.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding. From the views of the sea, sunset and mountains from the swimming pool and restaurant to the rooms and service. But what made this the best stay we had in Vietnam is the people. We unfortunately had an accident (not in the resort) and Vy was amazing with us. Constantly checked in while we were in hospital, arranged for our belongings to be kept safe and ensured we were always looked after on our return. Someone was always available to help us as we had restricted mobility and it was great to have Vy and her colleague’s support during a challenging time. Khang, one of the bell men that kept helping us, was also very kind and helpful. Always available to assist with a smile on his face and pride in everything he does. He even drove me across the road from the resort to collect laundry even though the buggies are usually for internal use only. Every single employee was a pleasure to interact with. We hope to visit Phu Quoc again to enjoy it in good health, and when we do there is no doubt we will stay at Lahana Resort - hoping to see you all again soon!

Excellent stay

Beautiful setting on a hillside with a stream running through. The restaurant and pool are at the top with views towards the sea. Good choice of food at breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

Get away from it all in the heart of Phu Quoc

Truly a world away from it all. Delightful staff, chilled out pool area, and fantastic rooms. We had a bungalow and found it to be a great space for a couple, all the necessary facilities and the outdoor shower was magical

What a fantastic hotel! The pool and the entire space is beautiful and so well looked after. We went with kids and stayed a week, although it was rainy season, it was still warm, but they have a playroom for the little ones which was handy at occasion. The pool restaurant was also very handy to grab a bite. Staff was very friendly informing about tours and drivers. Breakfast was amazing, so many options!

Excellent stay

Beautiful hotel with an amazing landscaping. we booked a Hill Bungalow with bathtub and shower outside. room was big with huge bathroom. Everything was working perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of food and drinks at the restaurant. Breakfast very tasty.

Excellent Stay

Overall experience was excellent. Infinity pool was very nice with excellent view. It wasn’t on the beach, but you can literally just walk down the road and cross the street (walk through another resort) to easily access. Upon checkout they charged us for a chipped tea cup which was already chipped on arrival. We informed them it was already chipped but they charged us anyway.

1. 渡假村環境很棒，綠地、林蔭很多，環境寬敞，看起來很舒適，服務人員都滿熱心的。 2. 地點滿好的，雖然在小巷子裡面進去還要200公尺左右，但是整體地點位於很熱鬧的地方，且附近就有一站免費的VinBus可搭，去機場、夜市、鬧區餐廳等地方都很方便。 3. 渡假村有免費的自助早餐吧，東西選擇多樣，好不好吃則是見仁見智，用餐環境很舒適，另有游泳池可使用，泳池的View很棒。 4. 這次有上免費瑜珈課，美中不足的是上課地方是半開放空間，沒有空調連電風扇都沒有，且有蚊蟲，但老師有即時拿防蚊噴霧給我們使用。 5. 飯店有撞球桌、健身房，如果有空閒都可以加以運用。 6. 房間很大，有小陽台可以曬東西，置物空間也足夠，光線足夠，窗外是綠景，且還有迎賓紅毛丹，並附一瓶防蚊噴霧劑（幸好房間沒有蚊蟲） 7. 房間美中不足的地方是覺得地板有點沙沙的，但有附室內拖鞋；房間及浴室某些擺設的動線使用上不是這麼順暢，例如房間沒有給小垃圾桶，得將浴室的拿出來或是拿去浴室丟、電視旁有梳妝台跟鏡子，但旁邊沒插座，如要吹頭髮沒有鄰近的插座可使用、因房間很大，電燈分布在很多地方，浴室的燈還要跑到外面開...等。 8. 第7點講的都是小問題，不影響住宿心情，所以整體CP值來說還是可以給高分也覺得可以推薦。

這是一家親子友善的渡假村，服務人員都很親切友善貼心，服務很棒！整體環境整潔悠閒，貼近大自然令人心情放鬆，房間舒適冷氣冰箱都夠涼爽，早餐很好吃，星期三晚上還有lady night 女性有免費招待一杯雞尾酒。地理位置非常方便，不管夜市／超市／按摩店／景點／餐廳叫Grab方便不貴，很開心在這住了6天，有個很美好的體驗與回憶！謝謝Lahana ！，

基本上每一Part都很滿意，前台員工很helpful, 主動走來替你拿行李， check-in時前台發現同伴在當天生日，因為已很晚而未能安排生日小蛋糕，但在第二天早上補送小蛋糕，並在床上以鮮花切了Happy Birthday字樣，很開心呢。房間清潔十分良好，酒店各地方 Pest Control 做很很好，不見有很多蚊子。早餐每天都有小變化，而且很美味可口。唯有少少缺點是，房內冰箱真的完全不凍，一支水放了多天都不冷，有時想在房內享用冰凍飲料完全不能，真的希望酒店方面可全面更換。另外游泳池的太陽椅不多，有時因為欠椅子而未能游泳。最後一點，因為之前看到有客人因為在check-out 時因房內少了某些供應品如污衣籃及玻璃水樽而被罰款，所以四天下來都一直留意房內供應品有沒有缺失，果然在第三天，員工在清潔房間後忘了添置兩支玻璃樽裝水，幸好早發現，即時通知前台補回，否則在check-out 時要被罰款了。要多加留意，因為不想美好假期因誤會而被玻壞呢。不過這些都是小問題，我們對此酒店非常之滿意，過了一個愉快的假期，伴侶已說下次一定要再入住此酒店。最後，酒店前台會在check-in 時加入 What's app 方便有問題時可即時通訊，此安排真的十分貼心及方便，真的很好！

Perfekt på alla sätt!

Fräscht, vackert, mysigt, stora rum, härlig utedusch, lugnt (förutom de högljudda grodorna om natten, men de hörs bara om man sitter ute, vid den porlande bäcken), barnen kunde leva ut trots att det upplevdes som en lugn oas. Mycket och god frukost, mysig restaurang med gott att äta och dricka, och den ligger precis vid den härliga poolen, solstolar fanns alltid ledigt, gym och biljardbord för den som vill göra annat än att sola och bada. Bra location, restauranger och butiker i närheten och promenaden till stranden och huvudgatan var inte alls lång. Lahana har trevlig och service-minded personal på alla positioner och vi fick den otroligt trevliga Tran Vo som personlig kontakt. Nu sitter vi på en annan resort på ön och ångrar att vi inte stannade kvar på Lahana istället. Rekommenderas varmt!

La chambre décorée avec goût a été un élément déclencheur, l'hôtel est un havre écologique à proximité de nombreux restaurants, le marché nocturne de la ville est à 1 km et la plage à 400 m. Le personnel est attentif à vos demandes, le petit déjeuner est cosmopolite, la piscine est assez grande et bien située.
