Unexpectedly, we were upgraded and provided with a suite. Four beds were excessive for an elderly couple, but we gratefully accepted the kind gesture. Thank you. Joking, we said it must have been a status match since we hold lifetime platinum in the Marriott programme. We have stayed at this hotel over fifty times in the past thirty years.The guests were predominantly of Chinese descent, mostly Taiwanese, so it wasn't noisy. The only disappointment was that the air conditioning in the main room was faulty, necessitating the use of an extra blanket.

ここ数年連続で「プレミアムスイート、64m2」に宿泊している者です。 施設はしっかり古さを感じますが、 自然が多く、大人から子供まで楽しめるので 何泊しても楽しめると思います。 ただ、例年は気になりませんが、 今回は、部屋の衛生面が酷くて 退室しようか家族で相談したほどでした。 2泊しましたが、清掃してもらっても、 しばらく洗ってなかったのか部屋着が臭くて着用できなかったり、 ソファの下に自分たちの物でない輪ゴム、 カーテンの下にはミニカー、 挙げ句の果てには、部屋の浴槽が気持ち悪いほど汚れており、フロントに電話して清掃してもらったほどです。 このランクの部屋だったからガサツに掃除されたのかはわかりませんが、ここ数年気に入って利用していただけに残念です。 辛口かもしれませんが、事実しか書いていませんので、参考になればと思います。

10年ぐらい前から利用しているホテルで、その間に何回か経営が変わってますが、ANAの傘下になってホスピタリティがより良くなるかと期待しましたが、前の前の経営の時の方が良かった。 日本での普通のビジネスホテル並みのサービスは受けられるという印象です。リゾートでリラックスしに来た気分では物足りない印象です。 赤坂のANAホテルで受けられたサービスとはホテルのランクが違うので仕方ないのかもしれませんが。 大浴場のロッカーなど施設の整備と部屋のバスルームのアメニティは良くなってました。 窓からの眺めは雄大な自然が楽しめますが、窓ガラスにクリームがついた指で触ったような指紋の汚れがありました。
