This is an old hotel … beds are very old, lumpy. Sheets, blankets Barry cover beds. Pool is ok … pool furniture very old and stained. The only redeeming qualities were locations and breakfast. Location is very good - close to marina and castle. Breakfast was great, made by two hardworking friendly ladies.

Avoid!

Our rooms were in shambles, fearuring stained sheets sprinkled with long strands of hair. The AC was as loud as a truck, and the breakfast we paid for never materialized. The official excuse was that the hotel was being sold, and expedia would penalize them if they were to remove their ads.

Just disappointing

Unfortunately we found the stay quite disappointing. The room was tiny and the light wasn’t working. We called to change room and and at first they said there was no room and we asked for a refund but then they said there was the special room available which had nothing of special. Was just a little bigger to fit 2 armchairs facing each other. The shower water was warm/cold and breakfast under the standard of other hotels we booked. they say free parking in the street but in Marmaris finding a parking lot is a mission. furthermore the pool was only available after breakfast starting from 10am which means we couldn’t have time to dip in the water before leaving as it was too late.

En önemlisi çarşaf ve nevresimler ve diğer yıkanabilir tüm eşyalar temiz ve ütülü şekildeydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve müşterilerle ilgililer. Kahvaltıda da sorun yaşamadık. Herşey olması gerektiği gibi. Geçmiş yıllarda da hiç 8 altı notu yok. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz.

Terribile esperienza

La struttura sarebbe molto carina se fosse gestita in modo adeguato. Personale completamente incompetente, non ho mai visto da nessun'altra parte nel mondo che il personale invece di svolgere le proprie mansioni si mettessero a giocare fra di loro in piscina con musica alta, schiamazzi e tuffi inappropriati. Dopo la prima notte, alle ore 17, non avevano ancora effettuato le pulizie ed il cambio asciugamani nella stanza forse erano "impegnati" anche loro in piscina. Lenzuola ed asciugamani non puliti bene. Poco empatici e per nulla disponibili, parlano poco e male la lingua inglese. Pessima colazione con pochi prodotti e scritti in turco. Pessimo da sconsigliare!!

Uzun araştırmalar sonucu marmariste bir gece kalmalık hem temiz hemde uygun fiyatlı bir yer arıyordum bu oteli buldum. Kalitesi kesinlikle fiyatının üstünde odalar temiz ve genişti balkonu vardı. Bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle tekrar burada kalacağız.

Merhaba, otel resepsiyon ve geri bildirim konusunda çok ilgili. Merkez konumda lokasyonu çok güzel. Yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var ama beklentiyi çok yukarıda tutmamak gerekiyor. Genel anlamda iyi bir otel.

Konfor yok. 5 gün konakladık ancak 3 gün tv çalışmadı. Otopark için bile yol gösteren yardımcı olan yok. Otelin bulunduğu yol çok dar. Genel olarak beklentimi karşılamadı. Tek iyi yanı havlular yeniydi:)

İyi konum, kötü şartlar.

Tek oda iki ayrı yataklı olacak şekilde 3 gece konakladık. Marmaris merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde olması iyiydi, tek iyi olan tarafıda buydu. Oda aşırı küçük valizleri koyunca yürüyecek yerimiz kalmadı, valizlerin üzerinden zıplayarak odada hareket edebildik. Marmaris gibi inanılmaz sıcak bi yerde tavan kliması koymuşlar iyi soğutuyor fakat balkon kapısını bir sn’ye açıyorsun klima kapanıyor, lavaboya giriceksin ışık açıyorsun klima yine kapanıyor sürekli aç kapa aç kapa mahvolduk. Ayrıca klima konumlandırılması bir yatağın sürekli üstüne geliyor, o yatakta yatan gece boyu klimanın vurmasını çekmek zorunda. Son olarak araç için otopark yok ve havuz çok küçük kullanmayı düşünmeyin.

Konaklamam genel olarak rahattı, ancak temizlik talep etmeme rağmen oda temizlenmedi. Ayrıca, ilk girişte klozetin yeterince temiz olmadığını fark ettim. Bu detaylar dışında başka bir sorun yaşamadım.

Bizi ağırladığınız için teşekkür ederiz. Eksi yanları; Biz check-in yapıp girdiğimizde odadaki çöp kutusu dolu bir şekilde duruyordu. Tuvalet ihtiyacımızı giderken için lobiye inmek zorundaydık çünkü taharet musluğu bozuktu yalama olmuş boşa dönüyordu. Duşa kabin kırıktı, duşakabin kapısını kapatabilmek için biraz cebelleşmek gerekiyordu.
