No geral foi uma boa estadia

Pontos positivos: É bem localizado, fica proximo da praia de copacabana, muitos comércios ao redor. Fiquei no quarto 1308 e conseguia ver o Cristo da janela. A limpeza é ok. Pontos a melhorar: quando chegamos tivemos um problema pra abrir a porta do quarto, que é feita com cartão, acabou dando problema umas duas vezes durante a nossa estadia de 6 dias. A troca de roupa de cama e toalhas de banho, foi outro ponto que deixou a desejar. Ficamos 6 dias e nao houve a troca nenhum dia, mesmo nos pedindo na recepção, tudo bem que tem a sustentabilidade, mas esse tipo de coisa é necessária pelo menos uma vez a cada 3 dias. O cheiro de desinfetante que eu passado no hotel tambem podia melhorar, nao sou de achar ruim desse tipo de coisa.. mas esse é extremamente forte. O café da manhã e ok, nada de mais, podia melhorar em algumas coisas, mas pra um hotel desse tamanho da pra entender.

Localização boa.

A localização do hotel é excelente, entretanto o café possui poucas opções. Por duas vezes encontrei cabelo nas frutas. A primeira vez, provavelmente foi de um hóspede, a segunda veio diretamente da cozinha pois a funcionária havia acabado de colocar. As toalhas não são trocadas diariamente. Tive que pedir a troca. Estávamos em quatro pessoas e nessa troca colocaram apenas duas toalhas. Diante de tudo, me hospedaria novamente.

O quarto é bem apertadinho, mas bem arrumado, limpo e mobiliado. Acredito que seria mais confortável se tivesse mais travesseiros e mais um cobertor. Fomos super bem atendidos o tempo inteiro, o café da manhã era sempre bem completo, diversificado, fresco e uma delícia! Super bem localizado, pertinho da praia de Copacabana.
