We only used airport shuttle for return trip to airport which was great. Our view from our balcony looked over city but we enjoyed being able to sit outside . Hotel was spotless and they offered a good travel fesk with drivers on hand

Property was good. Location good. Eateries good. Available tours good. Fridge did not work even after asking for someone to fix it. That was important to us because we had medication that needed to be kept cold. Leaving for the airport there was either rat/cat poop in the lobby (I have pictures). Cleaning staff was very good. Restaurant staff very good. Lobby greeting was very good. Not a bad hotel.

Had a fantastic sea view room we did pay a little extra for a junior suite. Only issue is that the storage space for you clothes etc could be better. We were here when it wasn’t too busy and even then getting a sunbed by the pool was difficult. A great location with easy access to the local night market.

What a great hotel! This hotel had everything! Within walking distance to the Phu Quoc night market and tons of restaurants to pick from. As well the pool was a great size perfect to relax in and having the private beach was a very nice added benefit! We had one person fall ill during the trip and the staff in the restaurant were so helpful with bringing up a breakfast tray of rice porridge. Really going well and beyond in service! The assortment of food at the breakfast buffet was great. A big variety with a fit for everyone! The sea food buffet at night was also great! There was great value for what they had to offer!

Great location, good facility... food satisfactory

Great location in town walking distance to the night market and the free shuttle from/to airport was an added bonus. The facilities were clean and overall I was quite happy with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was generally satisfactory although more catered to Western pallets (could have had more local Vietnamese cuisine). The seafood buffet was a little bit of a let down as the seafood wasn't great but the Wagyu beef dinner available on alternating days was better, though a little more expensive than the seafood buffet.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful resort with a big pool and outdoor alfresco area, very close to a lot of food options and the airport pick up and drop off service was amazing and helped us alot. We had to check out very really before breakfast started so the hotel packed us a take away breakfast each! Only down side was we were told you had to pay 100k to use the kayaks, I was hoping this would be provided free of charge, I still throughly enjoy my stay and my husband and I will definitely be returning.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Seashells Hotel and Spa Phu Quoc. The staff offered an excellent hospitality. You can practically ask anything around the local, they have an answer for you. Buffet breakfast was amazing spreads. The BBQ and seafood is a must try. Everything was fresh and tasty. Lots of foods to enjoy with the decent price. You get more than what you pay for with such quality and quantity of foods. Strongly recommended BBQ buffet. Will definitely stay here again in the future of visiting Phu Quoc. Keep up your great services Seashells.
