Of course, it's a very nice hotel. But, two gripes - one, the curtains give way too much light from the inner courtyard. And, two, our package included free drink. We (my husband and I) were told we could choose from a glass of beer, a glass of prosecco, or coffee. We went for prosecco. We were offered ONE glass - to share between us, I was told. Nope, we could not have a glass each. I guess it would have been one cup of coffee, too...

Perfect location, nice and clean!

Perfect location in old town, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern. Lots of restaurants right outside of the hotel, supermarket (Rimi) a few minutes up the street. A little bit noisy from bars at night with a room facing towards the street, but earplugs is offered in the room. The beds were a bit hard for our taste.

Nice place

A nice hotel with excellent location and friendly staff. Nice room, but the TV should be updated to a more modern model, as the current one is so outdated it no longer has any basic apps like Netflix, Youtube etc. Breakfast was good, but the croissants were constantly running out. In the evenings, the noise from the square can be heard in the room despite the soundproofing.

A wonderful stay

Clean, convenient and comfortable. The Relais Le Chevalier is a great place to stay. Right on a lovely and popular square don’t worry about noise. The staff was welcoming and always available. The room was spacious and elegant but with all the modern conveniences. The bathroom was big and very practical.

Annoying Sunday morning vacuum cleaning

Nice hotel. The pillows however were a bit un confortable and it was difficult to give them a good shape. Extra pillows would also be preferred if they were available. The Sunday morning 8am vacuum cleaning of the atrium floors were not the brightest idea, specially since it's rather echoing in the atrium and the hard floors added to the annoying noise from the cleaning. 8am on a Sunday morning is pretty normal to still be asleep, specially if you're on vacation. When I mentioned this at the check out I wasn't given an excuse. Instead they said that they vacuum cleaned the floors because no one had checked out yet. It might be because people still were asleep, or at least had plans to still be asleep. But how would I know? This aside, it was a nice hotel with a perfect location, above average brekkie and good value for money.

Beautiful hotel, good service

It is in a fantastic location - right in the old town and the hotel is beautiful, one downside is that you will have to pay for parking which can be quite expensive if you want to get the nearest parking lot. We used the one that was 30€ / day. The breakfast was nice, but it is quite basic. The hotel doesn't have a dental kit (toothbrush + toothpaste) so make sure to bring your own. In terms of the view from inside, the lobby is very elegant, but the room itself can be a little bit dark due to the only light being from the ceiling, it is only natural due to the location though. Overall I am happy with the stay :)
