Nice hotel.

It was a nice hotel in a good location. Around a 5/10 minute walk to the main town street. Staff were always friendly and approachable. Was lovely and extremely quiet throughout the night. I personally found breakfast lacking but it was more suited to the Polish taste (which is understandable considering it's a Polish holiday resort)

A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this gem of a mountain town.

Pleasant place, great food!

A very pleasant hotel with great food and a friendly bar at the top floor. A few mins walk to all bars and cafes, but far enough not to get any noise.

Great location and nice hotel

Nice hotel - great location 5 mins walk from the town. Breakfast is good and the rooms were fine as well. Reception staff were awful - unfriendly and rude.

Nice hotel near Krupowki

We stayed at this hotel twice. It is located in the heart of Zakopane, and some rooms has view on Giewont. The hotel is brand new and very clean.

Very enjoyable

Well located, friendly welcome and spotlessly clean we look forward to returning to Hotel Logos in the future. We enjoyed breakfast each day and also dinner one time - all presented very well and tasty. No need to go anywhere else!

Quiet location

It’s a v good location, 5 mins from town and close to the trails but peaceful. My top floor room was spacious and quiet. Good breakfast and access to the spa.

Nothing was not good, very nice place to stay! I very much recommend to have dinner there. Ofcourse it is nice to go into Zakopane, but if you do not have dinner at Lagos, you will really miss something. Thank you.

Amazing

I can say only: AMAZING. Everything was perfect. Polite staff, nice and clean room with balcony. Hotel has good position. We had very good breakfast. I was surprised, that 3 stars hotel can have so many choices for a breakfast meal. I can recomend this hotel for 100 percent. I would like to go back.

So many small things spoil a nice hotel

The first impression of this hotel is excellent. The staff were attentive and very helpful. But once you scratch the surface it has many silly things which spoil your overall experience. The thing that I was really looking forward to was the spa. I needed to relax and felt this hotel would be ideal for that. On the first day I had a lot of issues with getting the lockers to work. I had to go back and forth to reception at least 3 times. In the end I just got changed in my room and came down to the spa with just a towel on. They didn't have any bath robes in the room. On my second day I wanted to use the spa again. This time it wasn't even open. They only open it from 4pm-9pm. This was at 4.15pm so I decided to speak to the receptionist. She informed me I was supposed to say an hour before I wished to use the spa so they could switch all the facilities on. The spa is lovely and it's a crying shame it's so poorly organised. Anyway I waited an hour and the jacuzzi was still ice cold. So I made do with the steam room (which wasn't that great either) and the sauna. Other annoyances are things like there's no safe, no tea making facilities, no fridge. The breakfast is OK, but again stupid things like no bacon, no croissants, no yogurt. It really pains me to write such a poor review for such a nice hotel. But the problems that I've pointed out are such easy fixes.

Mysigt hotell nära huvudgatorna

Vi spenderade två nätter på Hotel Logos och vi trivdes väldigt bra. Hotellet ligger en kort promenad från huvudgatorna i ett lugnt område. Rummet var rymligt och vi hade utsikt över bergen, mellan några träd, från vår balkong. Frukostbuffén var extensiv och det fanns något för alla.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Flott hotell med ca 5min gåtur til Krupowki. Svært imøtekommende å hjelpsomt personale enkel å god frokost men savnet bacon i varm disken. Skikkelig koselig rom med fin utsikt og egen liten terrasse med tak over,eneste å nevne var at dysj kunne vært rengjort litt bedre.. Kan anbefales Zakopane var også verdt å nevne som ein spennende å flott turopplevelse,så vi kommer snart tilbake igjen
