Nice hotel in rural area Germany. Clean and bright with family friendly features. Nice environmentally conscious touches. Delicious German style breakfast. Also had dinner at hotel, all very good. Would definitely stay here again.

A week on the banks of the Mosel.

We have just left here this morning 30/9/23 after a week's stay in the Hotel. The hotel is very nice the rooms are quite large and it's sited about 5 minutes walk to the banks of the Mosel in Riol. Ä°t's a very quiet and relaxing place to stay the staff here are so friendly they treat the guests like relatives every one who works here is lovely and nice to talk to interested where you have been and where you come from we have had a lovely week's stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced in the restaurant and the breakfast is the usual one you get everywhere on the continent. We stayed in room 1 on the 1st floor which had a balcony and was lovely this is just a great place to stay with easy access to the mosel's towns and cities.

Mini-Chalets preislich in Ordnung, nah am See der Mosel und den FreizeitaktivitĂ€ten. Leider scheinen die Chalets nicht so gut gepflegt zu werden: Abfluss im Waschbecken lief fast nicht ab, Halterung der Duschbrause defekt, Wasserdruck der Dusche sehr gering, Ventilator im Zimmer defekt. Personal war dafĂŒr sehr bemĂŒht und zuvorkommend und hat versucht die MĂ€ngel so gut es ging zu beheben, was nicht bei allem möglich war. Im Sommer heizen die Chalets tagsĂŒber stark auf, da bleibt nachts nur bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Dazu fehlen aber MĂŒckennetze am Fenster.

Dejligt vÊrelse med flot udsigt - vi fik stole som supplement til loungesofa (uden hynder) pÄ balkonen. - RengÞring undervejs havde mangler: manglende shampoo blev udskiftet med hÄndsÊbe, vi mÄtte spÞrge efter toiletpapir, hÄndklÊder blev ikke udskiftet pÄ trods af, at de lÄ pÄ gulvet - som om badevÊrelset var ikke-eksisterende for rengÞringspersonalet. - Meget opmÊrksomt personale i restauranten om aftenen.

Leider wurden die Zimmer ohne AnkĂŒndigung nicht gereinigt .wir haben auch keine HandtĂŒcher bekommen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist sehr ĂŒberschaubar und von einfacher QualitĂ€t. Einfache Brötchen und Billigwurst. Kaffee ist super. Es empfehlen sich die grĂ¶ĂŸeren Panoramozimmer, die Sommerrodelbahn ist sonst laut. Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant ist lecker aber hochpreisig.

Een schitterende ligging! Algemeen beeld van het hotel was niet geweldig. Algemene orde en netheid niet top. Wel ruime kamer. Er werd heel erg veel gerookt, ook op terras, wat je ook in de kamer merkte. Gasten met honden komen eten, ook binnen.. Ontbijt niet echt geweldig, gebrek aan bvb vers fruit, geen gewone yoghurt, nooit stukje spek. Altijd broodjes, geen gewoon brood
Het hotel en restaurant zou top kunnen zijn, maar trekt nu een publiek dat hen veel punten kost. Spijtig eigenlijk. Dit omdraaien gaat moeilijk zijn
