Very expensive vs an old run down hotel but all hotels in area were expensive. Too bad Jackson does not allow new hotel construction. There is no competition so old places charge extravagant prices.

Great location and value for Jackson. Very clean basic motel with complimentary parking. Beds comfy. Short walk to town. Cons: No laundry or complimentary breakfast/coffee. They do have coffee maker in room but the coffee isn’t very good. However, there’s a great bakery/ coffee shop named Persephane’s a very short walking distance. Would stay again. Location is awesome!
