Good for a small trip but wouldn’t stay longer than a few nights. Shower doors are all broken so do not lock. The washroom is small and gets quite messy. There is a very small room to store luggage and a small locker so wouldn’t recommend for bigger back packs. Nice capsule though

Fairly typical of capsule hotels in Tokyo. Little bit of walk from Shibuya station but easily walkable. Typical of the capsule hotels you'll have to turn in your shoe/locker key to get a card with your capsule number. You'll have to repeat the process every time you leave and come back. There are no bath, just the shower so keep that in mind.

This place is SO convenient and cheap. It's well maintained and comfortable. Sakuragaokacho is a pretty neighbourhood: there's a street near this hotel that's maybe my favourite in Tokyo so far. My first and only capsule experience - it's just not for me, but I can't fault commun SHIBUYA.

The bathroom and the locker room are separated from the bedroom, which is nice but lack of space for organizing luggage. Only one bathroom were available for the entire floor, but thankfully I didn't have to wait in line for too long to take a shower. The staff were generally helpful. The location is in the quieter side of Shibuya. A good place to stay with convenience and away from the crowds.

Good value for money. The place is pretty clean and people were not too loud when entering and exits the pods. My biggest complain is about the locker room, it’s so narrow so access to get is not convenient. If you’re solo on a strict budget I recommended it
