Absolutely amazing! One of the most perfectly kept places we have stayed. Luka was very welcoming and the duplex apartment was perfect. The honesty bar was a lovely surprise! Pool also great. Quick walk into Cavtat which is gorgeous and easy to get boat to Dubrovnik. Loved all of the art work too. Absolutely recommend - gorgeous place to stay. Thank you Luka!

Basic room with basic amenities. But loved that the villa has a gym and a sauna and pool. The property is very clean and well maintained. Only issue with the room was the shower water kept changing from cold to hot making showers unbearable.

Lovely stay

We had a truly lovely stay at the apartments. The room was lovely and clean, comfy bed with good air conditioning and balcony. The pool area is beautiful and great you were provided with pool towels. Its a 10 minute walk to the centre but the hill really is hard work. The great thing is the bus stop is a few minutes from the apartment so my suggestion is to get the bus if you have any mobility issues. Our only negative was the shower as it never stayed a consistent temperature so we'd be in and out as quick as possible. We had a fantastic stay in Cavtat and would recommend to anyone x

5 star location, facilities and service. We have just returned from 5 days at Apartments Villa Luca’s - Everything was top notch from the complementary airport transfers through to the on-site facilities and the personal service from both Luca and Irena - Especially the service when one of our party had to be admitted to hospital while we were there. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well appointed with all you need during your stay and the supermarket just down the road is really handy. I fully recommend you consider staying here for your stay in Cavtat.

We had a lovely week at Villa Lukas. Everyone was really helpful with airport transfers, car rental etc. There was some construction going on in the neighborhood, which caused a little noise, but it didn’t bother us too much. The Villa was really clean and cosy. Location was good for us, near Cavtat centre and there was a grocery store on the other side of the street. We had a rental car and parking was easy near the Villa.

Best stay and hosts

Wow, the best hosts and stay we have had for a very very long time. The hosts Irina and Lukas ( I hope i remembered the names correctly 😁) were extremely friendly and helping. The room we stayed in were very beautiful and clean and had everything you would need in an appartement inkluding AC. The pool area was perfekt for our children.
