Nice hotel with parking. But the breakfast provided was insufficient for the number of guests. The double bed was too small for comfort, and cleaning was only done every other day.

Great customer service . Arrived early at the hotel as the flight was early , had to be ready for 15:40 for a wedding the check in was at 15:00 so they agreed for us do check in at 1300 which was great and allowed us to get ready and not rush . Alex was brilliant at reception very helpful . Also a young lady with dark hair couldn’t get her name wrote down details of the trams and stations we needed to stop which was on point and hustle free . Breakfast was good and loads of item to chose from . Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this hotel .

No refrigerator, which is important for a family with babies; rarely do they have one in any room. (My problem is didn't read) Old television, old remote control. Overall, everything is very worn. Poor service at reception; 30 minutes before breakfast closed: Frozen fruits for yogurt, watery eggs with no flavor, no more cutlery or plates available. They try to save on everything, including the shampoo. Dirty fitness machines. Room for €160 per night plus €19 for parking. We are definitely coming back to Freiburg, but not to this hotel.

Dejlig med parkering under hotellet. Sikkerhed på elevator da man skal bruge værelses kort for at komme til værelserne. Rigtig god morgenmad . Ved to nætter får man ikke gjort rent, kun efterfølgende. Når man spørger efter restaurant får man udleveret en seddel med forskellige restauranter. Den nærmeste udpegede var lukket så det kræver lidt vandring at finde en (som ikke var asiatisk) . Vi fik ikke forelagt et menukort til bestilling af pizza osv. det så vi andre gøre dagen efter.

Es ist ein gutes Mittelklasshotel, leider sind die Betten sehr hart. Nach 2 Nächten hatte ich Rückenschmerzen. Aber das sind persönliche Empfinden Leute die gerne harte Betten haben fühlen sich hier pudelwohl. Das Frühstück war nicht gross, aber ausreichend.

Schon beim Einchecken auf einen Mitarbeiter getroffen welcher gespielt gute Laune vortäuscht und behauptet er habe mein Zimmer abgegraded. Genau diese Kategorie hatte ich aber gebucht. Teppich stark fleckig und teilweise Brandflecken???? Badezimmer sauber, jedoch tropft Dusche permanent. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Frühstück durchschnittlich. Rührei unterirdisch. Kaum Personal zu sehen.

バスタブ付き、クイーンサイズのベッドで予約しました。予約の希望通りの部屋にはならない可能性があるのは理解していましたが、バスタブはなく、ベッドはダブルベッドとソファーベッドでした。スプリングを直に背中に感じるほど硬いベッドで寝心地は非常に悪く、外気温は車の温度計で42度をさす中でエアコンも効きませんでした。他の部屋の人もフロントで扇風機を借りているのを見かけたくらい暑く、夜は全く眠れませんでした。
