Great base in Stockholm as part of a longer trip that allowed us to “recharge our batteries”, do our laundry etc. we ate dinner one night and had breakfast there and the food, service and general vibe were all really good. There are also options nearby for eating and drinking (and a great bakery up the road!) Highly recommended!

Room was well designed and all fixtures and fittings worked well. Small things like plenty hooks on walls appreciated. Chairs unupholstered and not very comfy Room not cleaned when we left 'Clean Room' tab on door. Recep said we should have asked thru recep. B'fast great and in-house Bistro also.

The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, walkable grocery shops and tourist spots. The room is spacious enough for us, bed is comfortable though enough for a single person per bed, fresh towels daily. I would love to stay here again once I get back to Stockholm!

It's only 9 min from Arlanda Express or Stockholm central. I booked a room for 2 and had a private bathroom event though it says hostel. My room looked like a regular good hotel. Bedding was impressively white and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

I stayed in an all female 6 person hostel room and I thought it was clean and pretty decent. I will say that their customer service could improve, I brought up some concern over safety because there was police showing up at our hostel room (apparently they were looking for someone) and they pretty much laughed and joked around, jokingly saying “maybe they’re looking for you” and just had me call the police instead of provide any information or re-assurance that the room was safe from that person. If guest are concerned about safety and other potential dangerous guest they should investigate, not laugh and joke around. Luckily the person who they were looking for left.

Dear Generator Team, I’m writing to share some feedback from my recent stay. The night before an important business meeting, I spoke with the front desk and was assured that I could use an iron in the laundry room the following morning. I also called in advance to confirm this. However, when I went to the laundry room the next morning, there was no iron available. This caused a major inconvenience, as I was unable to iron my clothes before my meeting and had to attend looking unprofessional. Given the nature of my visit, this was particularly disappointing. I value clear and accurate communication, especially when it concerns essential amenities. I hope steps can be taken to ensure other guests don’t experience a similar issue in the future. Oengagerad personal, dålig information. Badrummet var sämre än på en färja. Var tvungen att ha på handfatskranen för att kunna duscha. Två hissar för ett stort hotell, långa väntetider pga det. För tidig utcheckningstid. Frukost ingick inte, gick att köpa till, men visade sig att det inte var vanlig frukostbuffé, 95kr för en skål yoghurt med lite bär eller en smörgås.
