I believe this is the best place in Sivas , Very nice place, Very Friendly staff, and Finally I found English speakers in the Hotel , I have tried many other hotel but i think this is the best

its all amazing , everything was great , they have a great variety in the buffet , the room is wide and clean , the staff are so friendly, AND SPEAK ENGLISH :) Finally I found a hotel with ENGLISH speakers , The only problem I had is that the hotel has No A.C , But anyway Sivas weather is always cold

schlecht geschultes Personal! Trotz gebuchter Halbpension wollte man uns nicht ins Restaurant zum Dinner lassen, erst nach langer Diskussion. Im Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und Aschenbecher waren vorhanden obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht und bestätigt hatten. Beim Buffet wurde nicht nachgefüllt!
