We had a single nights stay with our son who has a severe peanut allergy. It happened to be a long weekend so the entire hotel was really busy which was very evident at breakfast time. However, despite the very busy breakfast area a member of staff from the kitchen Marita was amazing. She assisted us in identifying safe foods, for us the allergen menu folder from the kitchen we were able to keep with us to check everything ourselves and she even got us a bowl of strawberry jam from the kitchen to avoid any cross contamination. And despite being in and out from the kitchen she took the time to keep checking on us and met our son and was so wonderful! So thank you for everything! It made all the difference for us.

While google maps make it look like the hitel is around the corner from the train station, it isnt. The way the streets are laid out we would have gotten lost if we had tried to find it walking from the station we would have become really lost. . Also the location is in kond of an isolated area, at least thats how it appears.

Die Situation beim Frühstück ist völlig inakzeptabel, das Angebot und die Räumlichkeiten, die ungedeckten Tische, insgesamt lieblos und ohne Charme. Hilton kenne ich anders, hier fehlte für einen Kurzurlaub mehr. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht,in den Zimmern war alles sauber,die Matratzen,liebes Management,bitte selbst probieren und eine Nacht drauf schlafen. Federkern und durchgelegen. In einem hochwertigen Hotel erwarte ich entsprechende Ausstattung, in einem Zweibettzimmer auch 2 sitzmöglichkeiten, kenne ich so.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The so-called double bed was barely big enough for one person, making it uncomfortable for a couple. The service was poor – staff were unhelpful and could not explain why 2000 DKK was reserved on our card, even though everything had already been paid for in advance. The breakfast was below average and definitely not worth looking forward to. On top of that, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. Overall, we expected much more and would not return or recommend this hotel.

Frukosten var bra och den nya tjejen i receptionen var jätte trevlig. Dock var det för dyrt för deras standard. Inget kylskåp, osköna kuddar, ingen städning på hela vistelsen (3 nätter), hemsk utsikt, hemskt inredda rum, vid utcheckning berättade dom att parkeringen tog dom 25€/dygn för med förklaringen att det ”brukar” stå en skylt att det kostar. Och ett område med många hemlösa. Hilton förknippar jag vanligtvis med hög standard… med inte detta.
