Great hotel in Heraklion

We were only there one night, and I really regretted not booking for longer. We got a free upgrade to a room with a huge balcony. They gave us a free welcome drink, and parking (at the Central Parking garage just below the hotel) was really easy. Room was very clean and seemed new. Breakfast had a lot of options. Highly recommend.

The best thing was the breakfast. Really loved it. We had little problems: The spigot of the sink was clogged and problematic. The handles of the faucets in the shower were problematic. Also the shower was not very clean. It is a city hotel after all, there was no view. Our room was facing a building. other than that there was no problem. The room was spacious, useful and tidy. And stuff were very friendly.
