Lovely hotel! Greeted us with a nice glass of cava (or water if you preferred). Upgraded our room due to our silver status. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Concierge service went above and beyond helping me find a local leather smith to purchase my daughter a purse. Housekeeping was great. Would definitely stay there again!

We like Only you hotels. Unfortunately there was a construction project in front of hotel and our room. We should have been informed of this. It was difficult to get a taxi as there was hardly any space for a taxi to stop. Also noise of construction in the morning.

We both likes this hotel, the service was great, all the staff we interacted was very friendly and professional. Room nice, big shower, nice bed and a small minibar. Restaurant and gym all clean and fresh. The location was perfect for our needs. 5 min walk to park, 10 min walk to Prado and train station just across road (which was perfect for our day trip to Toledo) The rooftop bar was also really nice with a great view of Madrid. Only two cons, bed good but a bit soft for my liking. And lots of construction work outside (not the hotels fault though)
