The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. The built-ins and decor elevated the style of the room. We only stayed one night while passing though town, but we really enjoyed our stay and dinner at the restaurant as well.

It was my first time in Montana. Whitefish was a lovely town, and the Firebrand is a perfect location: lovely room, great service and an awesome rooftop patio!

Great location and nice rooftop but the rooms are fairly dated and not that comfortable. I’ve stayed at nicer holiday inn express, etc

Great location, new and welcoming! There are no EV chargers here, though. It is their sister hotels that have Tesla destination chargers. Nice that we could walk a block to downtown and enjoy whitefish!

Great hotel in a great location. Room was beautiful. The only odd thing was that we got a call to the room at 10:30am telling us that checkout time was 11. We knew what time the checkout was - and we were getting ready to go - but we just thought it was very odd they called us to let us know that checkout was in 30 minutes. We’ve stayed in a LOT of hotel rooms all around the world and have never had this happen!

The photos on the website and description of rooms and amenities do not truly depict what is there. The hotel was so short-staffed that they could not offer all rooms. The restaurant was good but very small. The staff was very nice.

This hotel had a very high rating, but Whitefish standards must be kind of low (ESPECIALLY for their room rates). Yes, its a decent hotel, but I would rate it maybe an 8.4 or 8.6. Food options are limited, rooms are nice, clean, but nothing to be thrilled with. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room. Music in the lobby was so loud at check in, it was very difficult to hear the desk clerk. Location is good.
