We had a good stay at the hotel but it was not great. The staff was super friendly and helpful, that's for sure. Yet, the area around the hotel was a bit dirty, you have quite a walk to the beach, and prices were kind of steep for all of this. I'm not so sure if I would go back.

We loved Las Palmas! The pool area was lovely, our room had a fantastic mural of cactus on one wall, the grounds of the hotel were beautiful, and we could walk to the malecon from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again!

I blame Hotels.com for false advertising. Paid $116 for a room worth about $35. Location was a loud bar and dogs barking all night. There was no refrigerator, no ocean, no bedroom in advertised 1 bedroom unit with mini-refrigerator. Hotels.com is no longer a good reliable booking source and told me to take it up with the manager of the hotel who didn’t even speak English.
